Lisa Allen currently resides in Memphis, TN with her husband, Buck, and four dogs, Cooper, Boone, Skeeter and Cole. She rode horses and taught professionally for ten years until she was introduced to stained glass in 1997. At that point, she began shifting her career to accommodate this newly found passion for glass. Ms. Allen was then introduced to kilnworking in the fall of 2001 and glass became a full time career. She spends much of her time now working in her home studio, using glass as her voice to give form to her ideas.
